Why Choose ACAT?
WE ARE INDUSTRY LEADERS IN TRANSITION PROGRAMMING
We are a team of professional educators, and advocated for disability justice who stand for the equal inclusion of intellectually disabled people in community life
With over a decade of experience, the ACAT program highlights our deep understanding of what makes for successful transition services through the delivery of innovative and 100% community based programming
WE DELIVER EMPOWERING HANDS ON PROGRAMMING
We empower and prepare participants for a life after the school system. It is our belief that the best transition services are not just a continuation of services but an evolution of services that meet the practical needs of emerging adults - out of the classroom, and in the real world.
WE CONNECT PARTICIPANTS TO WHAT MATTERS MOST
We teach and encourage curiosity, communication, choice making and authentic interactions with the world leading participants to identify and develop connections with their community and support systems.
So they may discover and explore their interests, abilities, friendships, and achieve self-determined personal and professionals goals.
